Piet Mondrian, painting the Flowering Apple Tree is an absolutely beautiful piece of art done with oil on canvas in 1912. I don't really see a flowering apple tree but I really enjoy this painting. I love the airy feel it gives off and I fell in love with it immediately.I quite enjoy his painting like this before he started using horizontal and vertical lines to make right angles, which is what he is well known for.
